The single source of truth for where things are. One row per thing:
what it is → where it lives → a short note. Keep it to pointers - the actual
numbers, passwords, and files stay in the tool named in "Where it lives".
Convention: "Where it lives" names the real home (1Password, a Drive folder,
the home safe, a specific app). Never paste the secret here.
